XXIII  Commemorative issue of 15th December 1913

Issued to celebrate the acquisition of Southern Dobrogea- peace was signed in Bucharest 10 August 1913. Printed by the National Printing Office in Bucharest after designs by painter Bassarab and cliches executed by the Graphic Atelier W Brandt of Bucharest. Cohen mentions that he has three designs made by Bassarab signed the 23 August 1913.
