After the end of WW1 the Entente occupied western Romania until july - august 1919.
Banat was occupied by Serbian forces in november 1918, liberated 3 august 1919 and under
Romanian governement from the 20 august 1919.
Arad was occupied by french forces during this period.
Cancellations with hungarian text and "Censuré" are all bogus.
